Please consider– Pay Pal fees are NOT included in conference registration fees and become the expense of the Eastern Region. Payments made by check are highly preferred.

Full conference registration does not include preconference sections. Social Activities may be offered at the conference for an additional cost at time of conference check-in. 
 
 CANCELLATION TERMS
CANCELLATION POLICY

(1) If cancellation occurs on or before May 18, 2012 the amount paid, less a $25.00 administrative fee, shall be refunded Southeast Coast MA IPMA-HRAfter May 18, 2012, all registration cancellations will incur a $50.00 processing fee. All refunds will be issued approximately four weeks after the close of the conference.
 
(2) No requests for refunds will be granted after June 1, 2012.
