Guest Room:  All rooms are $161.00 per night (plus applicable state and local taxes), and the room block rate cutoff is May 18, 2018 After this date, group rate rooms will be released to the general public for sale and will be subject to availability.  

                
 
 CANCELLATION TERMS

If a cancellation occurs on or before Monday, May 28, 2018, the amount paid, less a $50.00 Administrative Fee shall be refunded.  Between May 28- June 16, 2018, refunds will be made at 50% of the purchase price.   After Sunday, June 17, 2018 , refunds are at the discretion of the Conference Host Committee.  All refunds will be issued approximately four weeks after the close of the conference.
